Vyacheslav Palachev was born on December 24, 1980 into the family of artists. Since childhood he took a great interest in painting and was the winner of district and regional school exhibitions. At the age of 17 he took up painting seriously. His first works were made in the technique of arts and crafts. Three years later the artist began to work in oil painting.
He painted mainly urban landscape of Rostov, Yaroslavl and still lifes. Flower bouquets on the pictures of Vyacheslav are filled with light, vitality and bright colors. The real success came after a series of the artist’s works in the genre of landscape.
Palachev’s pictures are in private collections in Yaroslavl, Moscow, St. Petersburg, the United States, Germany, France, Austria, and the UK.
I like his rural landscapes. When you look at them you feel healthy air of the village, the smell of grass, meadow flowers and flowering lilacs, quiet river where you can swim, wonderful horses, noisy kids running around, mooing cows and cock in the morning. These pictures are joyful and heart is full of sadness because many of us come from the countryside.
His pictures remind us of life in the country where there are no factory chimneys, sewage wells, endless stream of noisy cars. Here is only beauty of nature in four seasons, the origin of our natural wisdom and strength of our own life. This is our cradle – a village, distant and forgotten, but so precious and loved. These landscapes bring spiritual harmony to our lives.
